Unlikely: It's almost unheard of for a healthy 17 year old female to have a heart attack. Although I don't have enough info to say with confidence, it's most likely heartburn or inflammation of your rib cage or possibly the outer lining of the lungs. Nonetheless, if it persists, gets worse, or if new symptoms develop along with it, you should see a doctor.
