Abscess: This sounds like an abscess. Bacteria get into clogged sebaceous glands or into the subcutaneous tissue and cause a pocket of pus to form. These pockets of pus usually need to be drained in order to heal. I would recommend having a physician examine the lesion, and advise you on treatment.
