If viral infections shouldn't be treated with antibiotics. what can you do? what about essential oils?

Nothing, no: Essential oils have not been proven to work to treat the infection. The treatment is only for the symptoms. Your body will fight off the virus. Some viral infections have specific medications to treat them (e.g. herpes viruses) but that is usually only if you are so sick you end up in the hospital. This is because of the possible side effects.

Time. Or antivirals : Antibiotics kill bacteria NOT viruses so would be worthless. Essential oils are even more worthless because they are just a scam to take gullible people’s money. Most viral infections will be killed off by your immune system (time) but serious infections might require Antivirals
