Probably not.: Always do a pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy. It appears that you may have had some spotting which is possible with the mirena (levonorgestrel). The stretching of the discharge is due to estrogen effect. So, this may be normal. However, if it persist you should see your doctor for an evaluation.
