Are there ways to prevent the symptoms of stillbirth?

Maybe: Pt with a history of stillborn get frequent ultrasouns and fetal monitering. Although nothing can absolutely prevent a stillborn, these tests will dramatically decrease the risk.

Few interventions.: I presume you are asking about measures that can prevent fetal demise. If so, few interventions can help prevent stillbirth, including control of blood sugar in diabetics, blood pressure in hypertensives, monitoring of fetal growth and delivering in a timely fashion fetuses with aberrant growth (too small or too large), fetal surveillance with biophysical profiles in high-risk cases and early u/s!
