Enterovirus: The human enteroviruses (Poliovirus, the prototypical enterovirus) are ubiquitous viruses that are transmitted from person to person via direct contact with virus shed from the gastrointestinal or upper respiratory tract. If you did not come in direct contact with their secretions, the risk of contagion is very low. If you develop any cold or flu like symptoms, see your doctor.
