Is it normal or nothing to worry about if one of my nipples grew a bit larger than the other and is not in line with the other?

Breast asymmetry: Contrary to common belief we are not symmetric, meaning we are not the same on each side of our body. One hand or foot may be a different size and it is not unusual for one breast to be larger than another. That being said if there is pain, if this is a new finding or you feel a mass in the breast it should be evaluated by a doctor.
