Stomach pains: It is tough to say or guess what this could be, as the best way to properly diagnose your issues a the time, would be to get a History and Physical exam when you have the pains. A simple virus to underlying diverticulosis/itis could be causes, but as stated,an exam at the least would be needed. Best wishes.
