24 hour bug: Lasts 24 hours. If you are still not well and not keeping fluids down, you need to be seen. Follow up with your doctor to make sure your electrolytes are ok, with prolonged vomiting or diarrhea you can have severe electrolyte abnormalities that can lead to serious complications.
