More info needed: Was that seen on a chest X-ray or CT of the chest? What are your symptoms. Recommend discussing with your doctor who ordered the test. Fibrotic bands - are just that bands (think of ribbons) of fibrous tissue. Tiny pneumatoceles are small, but abnormal air pockets within the lungs. Without more info, I can't be more specific
