Working it out...: So you have pseudotumor cerebri, & for some reason you're worried that a neck artery dissected 2 1/2 mo ago. "Cervical" means carotid or vertebral artery; they're NOT equivalent. You didn't bother to say WHEN the MRA was. The sooner it was done after the "event" the more likely you'd be to see a dissection. Even at 2 1/2 mo a dissection would have to heal awfully fast to leave no trace on an MRA.
