I ovulated on the 1st, the 9th im going under anesthesia for a colonoscopy, if im pregnant is it to soon for the anesthesia to affect to fetus?

No, not too early: If there is a chance you might be pregnant, I would not go under anesthesia. Why take the chance and even think about it unless the colonoscopy is essential.
