After an exercise stress test when they say that further evaluation is needed, what does it mean? do i need further tests? is it necessary?

Yes: if abnormal TT, u may need to do tests to r/o CAD, chf, Cardiomyoathy or arrhythmias. u may need a nuclear tt, 2-D echo with TT or Coronary Angiogram to r/o CAD. 2-D echo to r/o CM and a 24 hr Holter Monitor to r/o arrhythmia.
