Fluid requirement: On an average a healthy male needs about 2.5-3 liters of fluid in a day. It may vary among individuals based on their activity and underlying medical conditions. Approximately 20% of fluid is obtained from the food especially fruits and vegetables. Keep well hydrated is always good.
