Multiple causes: Pl keep in mind that lower abdominal pain in younger women can also be from causes that affect males ike constipation, appendix, IBS etc. If the pain was not related to menstrual cramping or bleeding, you can also have uterine or ovarian cysts that can hurt weirdly. Try OTC ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hrs or so with a heating pad and get checked with your GP in a couple of days if not improved.
