Boils: Normal skin bacteria such as Staph is fine on the skin but becomes a problem when it gets under the skin. Many women get boils after wearing tight panties, particularly if the leg openings have exposed elastic which pulls the hairs. Women who shave can nick the skin or get ingrown hairs which lead to similar eruptions. Also best to avoid use of perfumed soaps if sensitive. Keep clean and dry.

Need pictures: Rashes/boils need to be examined especially if on her bottom. Could be an infection. Please see your doctor.
