You bet: When we are sad, it affects our physical health too. Do your best to eat regularly (small amounts okay) and have several fruits and vegetables.Take walks or go to the gym. Give yourself time to grieve but also try to compartmentalize a bit. Set some times and activities and tell yourself that those thoughts aren't to intrude. Volunteer work helps. Don't obsess, if possible. See someone if needed

Yes: Selamat datang. Actually you can have physical illness from mental illness. So if your heart /jantung was broken leading to depression and sadness you can ultimately have a lot of other symptoms like stomach aches and chest pain. Good luck.
