Not aware of any: Sorry, but iron supplements will not resolve a cherry angioma, which is a benign, non-cancerous change of blood vessels under the skin. You could see a dermatologist who might perform a procedure for you. Hope that helps.

No "natural" cure: Cherry angiomas are common in middle aged and older people. There is no "natural" cure. They can be removed with electrocautery or pulsed laser treatment. They will keep coming as you get older and are not related to iron deficiency. If they don't bother you from a cosmetic point of view, you don't have to treat them at all.

NO: Cherry angiomas are not related to iron. Removal is usually accomplished with laser therapy by a dermatologist.
