Does a pain in the chest represent lymphoma?

Usually not: Usually lymphoma presents with fever, enlarged lymph nodes, weight loss and abnormal white blood cells on a complete blood count. I would see your doctor to do a physical exam if you are having chest pain - there are many causes of chest pain, some less dangerous than others, but it warrants an exam to be on the safe side.
