NO: And you are much too young to be concerned about angina unless you are doing cocaine or other drugs. If you are asking for someone else who is having chest pain, please have them see a physician for other testing for angina. There is no blood test. Good luck!

Angina pectoris: the simple answer is as the other docs said..no. If you are interested in physiology, sampling the coronary sinus blood for lactate appearance coincident with chest pain appearance indicates coronary bed ischemia. This would support a diagnosis of angina pectoris.
