Left side head pain: One sided head pain behind one's eye could be migraine. CPH: Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania. It is appropriate to identify or exclude any secondary cause for the headache using blood chemistry tests and brain imaging procedures. However, almost all cases of cph are relieved by Indomethacin (indocin) and this response is considered diagnostic for cph. Rec.: see orofacial pain or headache specialist.
