Seroquel (quetiapine): According to Drugs.Com, possible side effects may include: psychosis, hallucinations, paranoid reactions, delusions, manic reaction, depersonalization, catatonic reaction, emotional lability, suicide attempt, and euphoria." So, bursts of anger is possible. Please let your prescribing physician/ psychiatrist know asap.
