You need antibiotics: and most doctors will not prescribe unless you are a patient, although it may not be unusual for a doctor to give an Rx for a partner who is positive without being tested. If you don't have a doctor relationship, you could use Urgent care or there may be an STD clinic in your community. It is usually recommended to get follow up testing for proof of cure.

You can't: You need specific antibiotics and they require a prescription. If you do not get treated, the tubes that carry your urine and those that carry your sperm are likely to become infected as well as your rectum. These are often painful and do not heal well on their own. Transmission to others is a major concern too. Be smart - see a doctor - soon!

Not possible..: Unless you take another person's prescription. It does respond to brief courses of several antibiotics. See a doctor. Untreated, it can cause serious long term problems!
