BCP: can cause some breast engorgement, which may be associated with more prominent veins even if you are not pregnant. Please do a self-breast exam and if you feel any nodules or discharge from the nipples, get further evaluation. Breast cancer and pituitary lesions are rare in young women but have been reported.
