Full feeling in my bladder and peeing a lot . does it have anything to do with diabetes?

Possibly: uncontrolled diabetes can lead to excessive urination called polyuria. Diabetics can also have bladder infections that could lead to those symptoms.

Certainly could but,: Two of the most common symptoms of diabetes are polydipsia, increased thirst, and polyuria, increased urination. However, the most common symptoms of a urinary tract infection are bladder pain and pressure and increased urination. To find out, see your physician and get a blood test for diabetes and a urinalysis to rule out infection. It's not uncommon to have both. Good luck.
