Fever/diarrhea: The 2 symptoms may be associated as part of the same illness. Sometimes the fluids given for fever will cause diarrhea. It sounds like the fever is resolved. If the diarrhea persists or contains blood the toddler and the stool should be checked. Diarrhea can cause dehydration so increase fluids that contain electrolytes and have him/her seen for any concern for dehydration. All the best.
