Nodule.: Nodule not likely due to CT scans and probably not to TBI. I assume the follow up plan was to repeat a scan in a few months.

Cause and effect: The nodule in the neck could also be post-traumatic, or even congenital. Your scans are truly unlikely to have caused this. Sorry, your neurologist seemed superficial, and you may wish to call and discuss your feelings.
