Are you sure it is: from the hemorrhoids? GI bleeding from other causes tends to be very foul smelling. How much blood are you passing? I would suggest you see your primary doctor for evaluation. If the bleeding is a lot, go to your local ER. You may need a colonoscopy as part of your evaluation.
