More info: Depends on how old you are now. You will only grow as much as your genetics allows. Speak to your doctor and ask for a bone age x-ray to compare to your chronological age. Possible use of growth hormone if indicated, but ask your doctor.

Yes: you can still grow. You do not stop growing until much later. Your epiphyseal plate fuses at about 25 years of age though most of the growth have occurred at about 19 years. Relax,eat well exercise and get good sleep
