Nasal voice: You could have a narrowing of your nasal passages, possibly due to an anatomical variant or a polyp obstructing the nasal passage. Most commonly seasonal allergies are the cause. I recommend over the counter non drowsy cetirizine or pseudoephedrine, if that is the cause.

Nasal voice: A. Nasal sounding voice could occur from nasal turbinate swelling such as in nasal injury, seasonal allergies, sinus Infection. It could also occur from large tonsils and adenoids which may be genetic, caused by strep, sinusitis, tonsillitis, mono, viruses. These are just to name a few.
