Many things: pain in your left ovary could be mittleschmerz which is the pain of ovulation. Pain on one side of the other could mean a tubal pregnancy. Waith a week and get a test and then waith another weel and test again. Not a bad idea to contact your doctor.

Mittelscmerz: pain in the middle of the cycle in one ovary is called mittelschmerz, which translates into pain in the middle of the cycle. if there is pain in the left or right lower abdomen that does not occur in the middle of the cycle then there has to be a tubal pregnancy considered and a urine pregnancy test should be done.

Mittelschmertz?: Pain in the middle of your cycle can mean ovulation. If it persists, it could be an ovarian cyst. Other causes of adnexal pain are torsion, ectopic pregnancy, or pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis
