Are staff supposed to share bathroom facilities at residential facilities?

Share facilities: This actually is purely a matter of the facility policy, which differs from place to place. Medically there is no reason why a facility can't be shared with proper hygience. It's usually just a matter of convenience and sometimes of psychological factors and personal preferences.
