A member asked:

My fibroadenomas are not moving. are these normally moveable?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not moveable: Fibroadenomas of breast are benign lesions developing in the young breast as a result of hormone activity on breast . As one gets older the effect is on the duct system producing cysts. In either instance the lesion noted is in breast tissue and is not mobile unless underlying breast tissue is moving along. As one gets older an unrecognized fibroadenoma can grow and in some instances get large
