It depends on cause: It depends on the cause your pain, but you could try a few conservative treatments. Apply ice to the painful area. Wear supportive, cushioning shoes. Consider NSAIDs such as ibuprofen. Also avoid any aggravating activities such as running or jumping. If you have a history of an injury or if the pain doesn't improve after a couple days, see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Stretch: If there is no injury then you should perform calf stretching exercises as well as massage the bottom of your foot. If you can take an anti-inflammatory medications that may help as well. If you're not getting better see your local podiatrist.

Plantar Fasciitis: Look up Plantar Fascitis on Google. It will tell you more about your heel pain. See a foot doctor if pain does not resolve. It can go on for months if untreated. Good Luck
