Try this trick below: Almost always when a contact lens is stuck in the eye, it is folded in the upper outer recess. To get it mobile, pull up on the outer part of the upper lid towards your ear, and then look for 10-15 seconds towards your nose. This will stretch the conjunctiva from above, and cause it to push the lens to the center where it can be removed. If this fails, get some help from ophthalmologist.
