My heart palpitations are becoming more frequent , especially after a night of heavy drinking. what should i do about these?

Avoid triggers: Alcohol and certain foods can trigger palpitations. Avoid caffeine containing products including sodas, chocolates, coffee and teas. Also, see your doctor who may refer you for a heart monitor to determine what your rhythm is with these symptoms. If they continue to worsen or persist, go to the ER.
