CA-125: This marker is elevated significantly at this value. It's greatest specificity for ovarian cancer is in post-menopausal women, but a variety of things that irritate the lining of the abdomen and even chest, can elevate it mildly. So things like appendicitis, endometriosis, and even diverticulosis can also result in high levels. But, getting checked out for what is behind this is a good idea.
