Am not aware of any: combination products in the US which contain buprenorphine and acetaminophen (which is what solpadol) is, but your reaction is not normal for either of them. If this is being prescribed to you, talk to the prescriber and/or your pharmacist. If it's not prescribed, stop and talk to your doctor about getting formal help. Too much tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage your liver and cause these symptoms
