Glans now uncovered: Glans or head of penis is most sensitive area. Uncircumcised, glans was covered (protected) from rubbing against clothes or from your hand if & when you masturbated or had sex. Glans is now exposed all the time and will be more sensitive for a while. This will settle down with time. Try & be patient.
