My pms is out of control, what are my options?

PMS: Treatments for PMS depend on the symptoms you are having. At 51 you may be swapping peri-menopausal symptoms for PMS too. PMS is due to low endorphins in the brain. Exercise helps by raising endorphins. Calcium+magnesium and vit. B6 have also been used. Avoid caffeine and salt. Limit sugar. The SSRI antidepressants have also been shown to help when life-style changes and supplements aren't enough
