Prob OSD: Most likely ocular surface disease, although allergic conjunctivitis or viral conjunctivitis is high on the differential. Migraine is on the differential, but usually doesnt cause itchy or watery eyes. Aching pain is very common in dry eyes (osd), as well as episodic sharp pain, foreign body sensation, clear discharge... To know for sure, see an eyemd.
