My father has lymphoma. what can you tell me about this disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lymph gland tumor: Malignancy developing in lymph glands. The most common cause is the LTR of the MMTV virus entering the Wnt-1 gene of the WBC to turn on B-catenin. The tumor is treated with CHOPP chemo but results can be enhanced when targeting the CD-20 on the lymphocyte that improves survival to nearly 90%. In localized areas it can be treated with RT.
