No worries: The normal vaginal pH is between 4.5 to 5.5. Make sure that the bacterial vaginosis is completely treated.

No: Asymtomatic bacterial vaginosis is not a big deal ,if you donot have any discharge or any foul smell from your vagina you are ok ,otherwise if you want to get treated you can take a course of flagyl
