Oligohydramnios: A reduction in the amniotic fluid in the sac can be a sign of a more serious problem with the circulation or production of the fluid. It also can be a fetal problem such as an anomaly which your wife's OB MD is hopefully monitoring carefully with ultrasound and other parameters.
