Need immediate care: Morning headaches need prompt evaluation by a medical provider. This may be a headache due to increased pressure in the brain, bleeding in the brain, stroke, or tumor. Do not rely upon home remedies before being seen by your medical professional.

HEADACHE: Lacking information. Headache before eating is hypoglycemia. Headache in the am due to lack of sleep, headache after a stressful night? Try advil , tylenol (acetaminophen) or just hot tea or cold compress on your forehead.

Ibuprofen: If you have no stomach issues - bleeding, ulcers, etc - i'd do 600mg Ibuprofen with a well balanced breakfast, some extra strength tylenol, (acetaminophen) and lots of fluids.

Lots of different HA: You should try to characterize the nature of the headaches. Then go talk to your doc about it.
