Finger Pain: Finger pain can have many causes, too many to list. One would need to start with a good history i.E is this traumatic or related to a specific event or activity. A common non-trauma related cause would include tendonitis, so-called trigger finger. But you would need to see your doctor or a hand doctor for an exam. This should give you the answer. Good luck.
