Not usual: Symptom that is not associated with a change in BP and HR immediately following a switch in med is unlikely due to the drug and can be attributed to "idiosyncratic reaction" which is unique to the individual. One can't tell how an individual will react to a new drug and often it is safer to stay on the old medication that is working rather than try another drug that is "better"
