If you are having: pain at the site of an immunization that can be normal as it goes into the muscle and sometimes it causes a small bruise in the muscle, not to be confused with a blood clot that travels to the lungs. If your arm is red and tender it is possible you may have an infection in that case you should see your doctor immediately.
