Acting school: I imagine a good actor can, and there could be a role that demands it. But, otherwise - why in the world would you want to do it? Anyway - it is a fairly rare psychiatric symptom and I'd only heard of much longer durations than a minute. This may not have been a classic catatonic state - but do let your psychiatrist know about it. If it was something else, they need to discover what. (Side EFX)
