Blocked gland: may have a blockage of your submandibular salivary gland. When you eat there is stimulation to produce saliva. But if there is a blockage of the duct system the saliva remains in the gland and causes swelling which an resolve in time until you eat again. Should see an oral surgeon or ear nose and throat doctor for evaluation
